- We are hiring on behalf of an international BPO company seeking a highly motivated Team Manager who is fluent in Italian to join their dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve performance targets and ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is a must
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Manager in any field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Previous experience in the BPO or Customer Service industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, if required
