Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner ( Medical Background)

Job Description
- Assist with process modeling to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
- Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
- Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders, or delegated member of the applicable business group, to create a Business Requirement Specification (BRS) document
- Facilitate communication and awareness of the standards and quality expectations of the stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document
Job Requirements
- Medical background is a MUST.
- BSc of Computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalents
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Effective Time Management
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong technical and business writing skills
- Knowledge of technical and grammatical editing
- Experience in customer requirements gathering
- Experience in using TFS.
