- Strategically manage warehouse operations in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance processes.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and inventory organization.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Manage stock control and reconcile inventory with data storage systems.
- Prepare annual budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Generate reports on stock movement, dead stock, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager , preferably in the cosmetics industry .
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices .
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration , or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager , preferably in the cosmetics industry .
