We’re hiring a Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that support employee performance and development across all business units. by
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through job analysis and consultations
- Design and deliver onboarding, soft skills, and technical training
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Maintain training documentation and reports
- Coordinate with department heads for tailored training programs
- Continuously improve content to align with operational goals
Job Requirements
Requirements:No
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or L&D role
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent command of English
