Job Description
Delivering all the hard copies of the files & documents essential for the registration & re-registration of the products to the concerned associations (NODCAR, EDA, Egyptian food safety authority & etc.
Dealing with the concerned employees in these associations & verifies the requested documents from the company
Responsible for all the payment steps for the registration & re-registration of the products in the concerned associations starting from taking the money from the finance department & pay it in the associations either by Visa or cash
Verify & co-ordinates appointments with the managers & employees in the registration associations for the regulatory affairs specialist or regulatory affairs manager
Delivering all the requests & inquiries hard copies from the company to the registration associations
Delivering the analysis files to NODCAR to facilitate the registration & re-registration process
Works closely with the regulatory affairs manager in submission of the files & documents for registration & re-registration
Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.
Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree
Very good MS office & Internet browsing
Very good in English & Arabic
Written & spoken
- 2 years’ experience in a same position in a reputable pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical company
- Problem solving skills

- Communication skills
