Data Entry
- تعلن شركة i'SUPPLY عن حاجتها لتعيين مدخل بيانات لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع الأدوية. يتطلب العمل التواجد في مدينة نصر بنظام الدوام الكامل خلال الفترة المسائية. تشمل المهام استلام الطلبيات عبر نظام i'SUPPLY وتنفيذها على نظام المخازن.
- مع مراجعة البيانات بدقة لضمان خلوها من الأخطاء.
- والتعامل مع تقارير المبيعات والمخزون.
- والتنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان سلاسة طباعة الفواتير. يشترط الحصول على مؤهل عالي.
- مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في إدخال البيانات (يفضل في مجال الأدوية).
- وإتقان مهارات الكمبيوتر وبرامج Excel و Word.
- والتمتع بالدقة والقدرة على التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- الشروط: خبرة سابقة في إدخال البيانات ، يفضل في مجال الأدوية ( سنة على الأقل ) . - مهارات كمبيوتر قوية ، مع إتقان برامج Excel و Word. - العمل بدقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل . - مهارات تنظيمية جيدة وقدرة على إدارة الوقت بشكل فعال . - مؤهل عالي .
- المهام: استلام الطلبيات على سيستم i'SUPPLY وتنفيذها على سيستم المخازن - التحقق من دقة البيانات ومراجعتها لضمان عدم وجود أخطاء . - التعامل مع التقارير والمعلومات المتعلقة بالمبيعات والمخزون . - التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان طباعة الفواتير بشكل سلس .
- المهارات: مهارات كمبيوتر قوية ، مع إتقان برامج Excel و Word.
