Remote Seller / Call Center Representative

Role Overview

Position: Call Center Representative / Seller

Arrangement: Independent Contractor

Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training (industry and sales experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, answering phones, booking and confirming appointments, and maintaining a top-tier customer service demeanor.
• Sales & Account Management: Initiate follow-ups to sell services or products, prepare proposals, quote coverage based on customer needs, and calculate invoicing.
• Operations: Fill out daily tasks in the ERP, manage documentation (policies, claims, contracts, and endorsements), and maintain files for follow-up actions.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong ability to build rapport, present information clearly, and respond effectively to clients and managers.
• Proficiency in analyzing contracts, policies, documents, and basic accounting figures (discounts, commissions, percentages).
• Problem-solving skills and comfort working with mapping technology and Microsoft Office.
