Key Job Responsibilities:

Modelling from image reference and CAD data
Lighting and rendering, particularly in Unity
Creating tileable and mapped textures
Rendering (Vray)
Gathering reference for asset creation
UV unwrapping for texture and baked UV sets
Work to schedules to deliver work to agreed timelines

Key Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience working in 3D art in a business environment
Able to quickly prototype from rough sketches
Strong communication skills
Solid work ethic and a positive attitude in the face of challenging situations
Strong time management and organisation skills
Proficient with 3D art creation tools such as Maya
Knowledge of the PBR workflow and texturing tools such as Substance Painter
Proficient with 2D software such as Photoshop
Experience working with game engines such as Unity and Unreal
Knowledge of optimisation processes and rendering techniques
Accomplished with rendering tools and fundamentals, (V-Ray)
Generate and modify models based on engineering and industrial design specs
Modelling high resolution geometry for surface transfer
Positive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques

Understanding of character creation processes and animation fundamentals
