Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a reliable and highly motivated Mechanical Site Engineer to join our top-qualified and knowledgeable team for one of our major projects in Suez, Egypt .

What you will need to do:

Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for factory machinery and equipment.
Monitor production line performance and implement improvements to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and continuously improve maintenance practices.
Monitor spare parts availability and optimize maintenance costs while maintaining equipment performance.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports, analyze equipment performance, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant productivity and minimizing downtime.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
3–5 years of experience in maintenance within concrete products manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
Good understanding of industrial machinery, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience in troubleshooting mechanical failures and conducting root cause analysis.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
