The Role:
You will be responsible for :
Skills Requirements for Riverbed APM

Experience with one or more Application Performance Management software such as Openet Riverbed APM, Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
Expert knowledge in Unix/Windows hardware, software, and applications environments (Java, .Net and Open Source) solid understanding of their associated capacity and performance indicators
Extensive experience on investigating, optimizing and solving complex application/infrastructure performance issues using different tools
Experience with one or more enterprise class virtualization technologies such as VMware ESX, Hyper-V
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, networking topology and experience with network packet level analysis for troubleshooting
This position requires a dynamic, hard-working, quick learning and visionary individual, with excellent oral and written communication skills
Candidates will possess strong leadership, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills and have experience working in large enterprise operational environments
Advanced skills on one or more Application Performance Management Tools such as Riverbed/AppDynamics/Dynatrace
Experience in leading complex troubleshooting/tuning of Java/.Net application performance across enterprise environment
Experience with Advanced Spunk queries
Experience with any Network Application Performance Management tools such as Riverbed AppResponse Expert/Extrahop

Ideal Profile:

Skills Requirements for Riverbed NPM

Understanding of Network Monitoring Performance technologies, network/data forensics and how bandwidth and latency restrictions affect application performance
TCP performance troubleshooting knowledge/analysis skill
Experience reading and understanding packet captures using Sniffers, Ethereal/Wireshark/TCPdump, Packet Analyzer or similar tools, and Deep Packet analysis exposure
Experience with virtualization technologies – eg VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V, Docker
Experience with Cloud technologies – eg AWS, Azure
Experience with any of the following: QoS, Netflow, SNMP, SSL, CIFS/SMB, MAPI, NFS, Firewalls and RAID
In-depth knowledge and understanding of packet flow, TCP session establishment; understanding of Microsoft and other application behaviour at the network layer
Linux/Windows administration knowledge is a plus
Scripting in UNIX, Linux, Python or Microsoft PowerShell is a plus
Experience in troubleshooting of performance, resource utilization issues and debugging of process crashes
Qualified Network/Application certifications such as RCPE-NPM, RCPE-Wan Opt, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE level is a plus
