Key Responsibilities:

Provided first tier of support and troubleshooting.
Dealing with incoming issues day to day in a professional manner over IT Ticketing system, Especially “Spiceworks”.
Follow up the Enrollment processes and the Modifications through the MDM solution.
Advise, train users on appropriate action and how to use different types of systems.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Follow up with users in a daily basis to make sure their computer systems are functioning properly.
Acting as a vocal point between the users and the concerned teams internal the IT departments.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems all of MS Windows, Linux OS, WPS, MS office, Outlook.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer applications.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT equipment’s (laptops, Tablets, Multifunction Printers, Camera’s, VOIP IP Phones).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with LAN and WAN.
Solid knowledge of remotely applications (TeamViewer, Any desk, etc.).
knowledge of EDR, Antivirus, Backup, Maintenance, Recovery data Applications (Acronis, CloneZilla, Hiren's Boot CD PE).

Working in a teamwork and Sharing knowledge with team colleagues.

Qualifications & Technical Aspects:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant degree.
2 to 4 years of experience in the IT Field.
Ability to handle daily issues related to IT Infrastructure.
Have a good communication skills.
ITIL Foundation is plus.
Basics Knowledge in A+, N+, CCNA, MCSA.
Basics Knowledge in FortiGate FW and AP.
Hands on Exp in Mobile Device Management Tools.
Knowledge in Linux Environment Especially “Ubuntu OS”.
Ability to dealing with “laptops, Tablets, Multifunction Printers, Camera’s, Email systems, VOIP IP Phones”.
Good English Speaker is a must.
