We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. This role is crucial in supporting our organization's talent management initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a passion for developing and engaging employees.

Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
Support the design and execution of employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives
Collaborate with the HR team to manage performance evaluation processes and career development plans
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs
Support the implementation and management of HRIS and other HR technologies
