Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results driven Google Ads Specialist to own paid search for a portfolio of dental and medical clinics. Paid search is where a clinic's money moves fastest, in both directions, so this role is about far more than clicks. You will own campaign structure, spend discipline and cost per booked patient, and you will be trusted to make the call on what changes and why.

This is a full time position, not a consultancy or freelance arrangement.

What You Will Do

• Build, manage and optimize Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns for dental, medical and specialist clinics.
• Own keyword research, competitive analysis, negatives, match types, bidding and budget pacing so no client quietly under spends or over spends.
• Optimise against real client outcomes: cost per qualified lead and cost per booked patient, not just CPC and CTR.
• Verify that conversion tracking is accurate before you optimize on it, and investigate when reported leads and the leads a clinic actually receives do not match.
• Plan and run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages and campaign structure, and record what the results actually proved.
• Produce clear monthly performance reporting and recommendations that an account manager can take straight to a client.
• Work with our copy, creative and web teams to fix conversion problems that sit outside the ad account.
• Keep improving how we run paid search as a team, and share what you learn.

What We Require

• 3+ years hands on Google Ads experience managing multiple accounts, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
• A track record of hitting client KPIs on lead generation campaigns.
• Genuine understanding of conversion tracking and attribution, not just campaign building.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets and drawing conclusions you can defend.
• Excellent written and spoken English, clear enough to explain performance to an Australian client.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to hold multiple accounts at once without dropping any of them.

Highly Regarded

• Google Ads certification.
• Healthcare or other regulated industry advertising experience, and awareness of advertising compliance rules for health services.
• Experience with call tracking and CRM lead reporting.

What Success Looks Like

• Tracking is verified and trustworthy on every account you hold.
• Budget pacing is reviewed weekly and anomalies are flagged the same week, not at month end.
• Every account gets at least one meaningful structural improvement that you can show moved the numbers.
• Cost per lead trends are reported and explained, by treatment type, before a client has to ask.

Where You Escalate

Some decisions are never yours alone: changing a client's budget, approving advertising claims about clinical outcomes or comparisons, adding or changing payment methods, and changing live client website pages. We expect you to raise these early rather than decide quietly.
