About the Role

Ocoda is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, driving account growth, and achieving revenue targets through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and high client satisfaction.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and exceptional account management.
  
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and understand clients' business objectives.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  
• Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall account health.
  
• Handle client concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and manage escalations professionally.
  
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  
• Maintain accurate client information, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Account Executive roles within a Digital Marketing Agency .
  
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
  
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  
• Previous experience working with clients in the Saudi market is required.
  
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
