Site Engineer
- تعلن شركة Urbix Construction عن توفر فرصة عمل لمهندس جودة موقع (QA/QC Site Engineer) للعمل في مشروعاتها بمنطقة التجمع الخامس بالقاهرة الجديدة.
- يتطلب الدور الإشراف على جودة التنفيذ وفقاً للمواصفات والرسومات المعتمدة.
- وإجراء عمليات الاستلام والتنسيق مع الاستشاري.
- بالإضافة إلى إعداد التقارير الفنية اليومية والأسبوعية ومتابعة معالجة الملاحظات وإغلاق حالات عدم المطابقة (NCR).
- الشروط: بكالوريوس هندسة (مدني أو عمارة). - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال الجودة بمشروعات التشطيبات الخارجية. - خبرة في استلام جميع بنود التشطيبات الخارجية طبقاً للمواصفات الفنية. - إجادة إعداد ومتابعة: Inspection Requests (IR)، Material Inspection Requests (MIR)، تقارير الجودة، وحصر ومتابعة الملاحظات (Snag List). - القدرة على التعامل مع الاستشاري ومتابعة الاعتمادات الفنية. - إجادة استخدام AutoCAD و Microsoft Office. - يفضل الجاهزية للانضمام في أقرب وقت.
- المهارات: إجادة إعداد ومتابعة: Inspection Requests (IR) - إجادة إعداد ومتابعة: Material Inspection Requests (MIR) - إجادة إعداد ومتابعة: تقارير الجودة - إجادة إعداد ومتابعة: حصر ومتابعة الملاحظات (Snag List) - إجادة استخدام AutoCAD - إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office
