Accounts Manager - Chief Accounts Officer
- تعلن شركة تطوير عقاري بالتجمع الخامس – القاهرة الجديدة عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير حسابات (Accounting Manager).
- تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال الحسابات.
- مع خبرة سابقة في شركات التطوير العقاري.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم خبرة قوية في إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير الدورية.
- وإدارة التدفقات النقدية والتخطيط المالي.
- بالإضافة إلى ذلك.
- يجب أن يتمتع بمعرفة متقدمة بالحوكمة المالية والرقابة المالية وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المالية.
- والقدرة على وضع أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية ومتابعة الالتزام بها.
- خبرة في التحليل المالي وإعداد الموازنات والتوقعات المالية.
- ومعرفة كاملة بالضرائب المصرية والتعاملات الضريبية.
- وخبرة في التعامل مع البنوك والتسهيلات الائتمانية وإدارة العلاقات المصرفية.
- يجب إجادة استخدام البرامج المحاسبية و Microsoft Office (خاصة Excel أو ERP System).
- مع مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة فريق الحسابات بكفاءة.
- مقر العمل يقع في التجمع الخامس – القاهرة الجديدة.
- الشروط: خبرة سابقة بشركات التطوير العقاري - خبرة في إدارة التدفقات النقدية والتخطيط المالي
- المهارات: القيادة
