Regional Channel Manager

- Identify right partners in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa Region proactively
- Being sales and target oriented and ability to achieve the sales targets
- To Plan roadshows/marketing activities to build channel business to generate sales leads
- To Review all existing Partners documents and to make sure they are all up-to-date and as per the requirement
- To be able to Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- To Manage Partners on boarding process, including but not limited to Official Documentation, Coordinating Training, with sales, pre-sales and technical department
- To manage partner Account Planning to plan annual targets and marketing plans.
- To Make sure all partners are going through proper enablement and certification path.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets, KPI and strategic p erformance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship .
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Travel and meet partners face-to-face and build the relationship.
- To manage, execute and help partners to understand the partner program and their commitments
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the partner's performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on partner performance and historical trends
- Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Channel role in Software, Cloud Distribution or Vendor
- Experience in a partner-facing role within IT, Cyber Security and Cloud Solutions
- Having Similar experience in previous positions and knowledge of building a book of partners and partnerships
- Experience managing Channel Partners in the META region
- Experience establishing and developing long term lasting relationships
- Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills in perfect English and Arabic
- Ability to gain an understanding of the technology channel ecosystem quickly and thoroughly
- High integrity, high energy, team player
- Passion for IT, Cybersecurity and OT technologies.
- Travelling in the region is a must
