SC Fleet Assoc Coordinator

Responsibilities
تنفيذ جميع السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالعمل داخل الورشة. -1
إعداد برامج الصيانة والتجديد. -2
3-استلام طلبات الإصلاح وفحص السيارات المعطلة وتسليم السيارات للفنيين ومتابعتهم واستلام السيارات منهم بعد الإصلاح.
تقسيم العمل علي الفنيين والتأكد من استغلال كل طاقاتهم. -4
متابعة نتائج أعمال الورشة وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في الأداء ووضع خطط التصحيح المناسب. -5
تنفيذ جميع خطوات برنامج حماية الموظف واشتراطات سلامة العاملين والسيارات -6
القيام بتقييم الأفراد . -7
القيام بتدريب الأفراد المستجدين علي إعمالهم. -8
متابعة المظهر العام للسيارات والحفاظ علية في المستوي المخطط. -9
الإشراف على تنفيذ برنامج تجديد السيارات السنوية. -10
-الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الصيانات والإصلاحات. 11
. - تحديد قطع الغيار المطلوبة 12
الفحص الفني لقطع الغيار. - 13
الإشراف على الإصلاحات الخارجية -14
التأكد من استكمال أوامر التشغيل والدورة المستندية لصرف وتركيب قطع الغيار -15
تشغيل الوقت الإضافي فى الحالات الحرجة -16
العلاقات الطيبة مع إدارات الشركة المختلفة . -17
الإشراف على ترتيب الورشة ونظافة ساحته -18
حل المشكل اليومية
Qualifications- يجيد القراءة والكتابة
- خبرة في مجال الورش على الاقل 5 سنوات
- يفضل الإلمام بالأصول الفنية لجميع أنشطة الورشة
- مهرات تواصل عالية
- مهرات فنية عالية
- معرفة مبدئية بالحاسب الالى
- مهارة قيادية عالية
