• Handle customer follow-up activities and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate customer appointments, feedback, and satisfaction surveys
• Manage and update CRM systems and customer databases accurately
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Prepare CRM reports and customer satisfaction analysis
• Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Monitor customer retention and follow-up campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company standards and CRM procedures
• Support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or automotive industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
