• Handle customer follow-up activities and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate customer appointments, feedback, and satisfaction surveys

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
