Connectalents , the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring an HR Recruiter in Nasr City for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt. The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
