Change Management - Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager

Role Purpose

The Senior Consultant will support the design and delivery of change management strategies for transformation initiatives, including organizational transformation, digital transformation, and technology implementation programs. The role requires collaboration with client stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure realization of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

· Support the development of change management strategies aligned with project objectives.

· Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.

· Develop change management plans covering communications, engagement, training, sponsorship, and resistance management.

· Identify change risks and mitigation actions.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Build relationships with client stakeholders across all organizational levels.

· Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.

· Support executive and leadership engagement activities.

· Develop stakeholder engagement and influence strategies.

Communication & Engagement

· Contribute to developing communication plans and key messages.

· Create communication materials including presentations, newsletters, emails, FAQs, and leadership talking points.

· Support change campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.

Training & Adoption

· Conduct training needs assessments.

· Support development of learning and capability-building materials.

· Coordinate and facilitate workshops and training sessions.

· Monitor adoption and readiness levels.

Organizational Change Management Delivery

· Support organizational change management within organizational transformation, digital transformation programs, or ERP implementation programs.

· Learn and apply leading change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

Project Management & Reporting

· Track change management activities and deliverables.

· Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

· Coordinate with project management, HR, technology, and business teams.

· Support quality assurance and deliverable reviews.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.

· Master's degree is preferred.

· Prosci Change Management, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or ACMP certified change management professional certificates preferred.

· Additional certifications in project management or organizational development are an advantage.

Experience

·3 to 6 years of experience in change management focusing on Digital transformation, HR transformation, or ERP implementations. Exposure to AI programs is a plus

· Experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programs.

· Experience within professional services or management consulting and technology consulting firms is preferred.

· Experience working with government, public sector, financial services, or large enterprise clients is advantageous.
