Best Places to Work (BPTW) is a global certification and advisory organization dedicated to helping companies build high-performing, inclusive, and employee-centric workplaces. Our mission is to recognize and support organizations that prioritize culture, engagement, and leadership excellence.
The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving BPTW’s growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new corporate clients for our certification and advisory programs. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of organizational culture, HR practices, and corporate engagement solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new business opportunities with companies interested in BPTW certification. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, C-level executives, and decision-makers. Present and communicate the value of BPTW programs, including certification benefits, employee engagement insights, and organizational impact. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients and support successful program adoption. Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress against targets. Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote BPTW’s brand and offerings. Contribute to marketing and outreach campaigns to generate leads and enhance market visibility.Apply for this Business Development Specialist position
