Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Oracle & Microsoft Solutions

Our client is seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and customer-focused Senior Sales Representative to drive the growth of its Oracle and Microsoft services portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in selling enterprise technology solutions, including Oracle and Microsoft platforms, Managed Services, Professional Services, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

This role requires a strong commercial understanding of Oracle technologies—including Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Applications, Oracle EPM/Hyperion—as well as Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with both business and technical decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and position Veragates as a trusted technology partner.

The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing strategic customer relationships, developing account growth strategies, and consistently achieving revenue and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market organizations.
• Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
• Identify customer business challenges and position Veragates' solutions to address their digital transformation goals.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop winning customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records using CRM tools.
• Represent at customer meetings, technology events, partner engagements, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Business Administration
• Marketing
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Or a related field

An MBA is considered a strong advantage.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience selling Oracle and/or Microsoft solutions.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience selling:

• Experience engaging with enterprise customers, C-level executives, and senior decision-makers.
• Previous experience with Oracle, Microsoft, System Integrators, or technology consulting firms is highly preferred.
