Manager
- تعلن الشركة الاستثمارية للإنتاج والتصنيع عن حاجتها إلى تعيين مدير مشروع (Project Manager) للعمل بأحد مشروعاتها الكبرى بالساحل الشمالي.
- Requirements: بكالوريوس هندسة (مدني).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشروعات الإنشائية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشروعات ال Precast Concrete (تصنيع وتركيب).
- خبرة في إدارة فرق العمل والمقاولين والاستشاريين.
- القدرة على إدارة الجدول الزمني والتكلفة والجودة وتحقيق مستهدفات المشروع.
- إجادة إعداد التقارير الدورية ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء.
- Key Responsibilities: إدارة وتنفيذ المشروع وفقا للبرنامج الزمني المعتمد.
- الإشراف على أعمال ال Precast ومتابعة مراحل التصنيع والتركيب.
- التنسيق بين جميع الأطراف المعنية بالمشروع لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
- متابعة الجودة والسلامة والالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية.
