Sales Development Representative - SDR

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team at Basharsoft. Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' business needs and challenges.
• Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and position our services as solutions.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Strong research skills to identify target markets and sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Understanding of the Outsourcing and Offshoring industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
