What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our language and localization solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across target markets.

• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and emerging opportunities.

• Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and meetings .

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable translation, localization, and language solutions .

• Arrange and conduct client meetings and deliver compelling presentations.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.

• Handle client objections and negotiate commercial terms effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities and opportunities within the CRM .

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience and successful service delivery.

• Maintain regular sales reporting and track progress against agreed targets.

• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Project Management.

• Previous experience within localization, translation, SaaS, marketing, or B2B services is required .

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent command of English .

• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.

• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with decision-makers.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good understanding and practical use of AI tools and Sales CRM systems .
