- والتعامل مع شكاوى النزلاء باحترافية.
- ومتابعة التقارير والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى.
- وضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة.
- ومتابعة كبار النزلاء والناطقين بالألمانية.
- موظف علاقات نزلاء (متحدث ألماني): مسؤول عن الترحيب بالنزلاء وتلبية احتياجاتهم.
- والتواصل مع النزلاء الناطقين بالألمانية.
- وتقديم المعلومات والمساعدة اللازمة.
- والتعامل مع أي مشاكل أو استفسارات قد تنشأ.
- الشروط: 5 years experience (Front Office Manager – 4/5 stars) - Strong leadership & communication - Professional appearance - Fluent German (spoken & written) - Excellent English
