Operate & Maintain Technician - فني تشغيل وصيانة
Responsibilities
- تشغيل الماكينات ومتابعة كفاءتها التشغيلية.
- متابعة العملية الإنتاجية والتأكد من سير العمل وفق المعايير المحددة.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية للآلات وإصلاح الأعطال الطارئة.
- المحافظة على معدات الوقاية الشخصية وجميع ممتلكات الشركة الأخرى.
- الإبلاغ الفوري للمشرف عن أي ظروف عمل غير آمنة أو غير صحية تتعلق بالسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة.
- متابعة الكفاءة الفعلية والصافية لخطوط الإنتاج، والتأكد من احتساب أوقات التشغيل بالطريقة الصحيحة.
- إعداد وتحليل مفصل لفقد العمل وفقًا لنظام W&M .
- تنفيذ أنشطة CILT وتحديد المتغيرات (Abnormalities) وتصنيفها وفتح الكروت الخاصة بها وفقًا لنوعها.
- إعداد نظام OPL (درس في كلمتين) ومشاركته مع باقي الزملاء لنقل المعرفة.
- إعداد وتنفيذ موضوعات تحسين KAIZEN في مجالات SOC/HTA وفرص التحسين المستمر.
- مؤهل فني متوسط او فوق متوسط.
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
مهارات تواصل جيدة.
القدرة على قراءة وفهم اللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العمل.
