Job Description:
The Events & Tenants Operation Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both site events and tenant activities across the Giza Plateau. This position acts as the central point of coordination, bridging the needs of external event organizers and tenants with the capabilities of internal operational departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Operations Management:
- Coordinate between event organizers and internal OPE departments (e.g., Security, Facilities, Marketing, Visitor Experience, and crucially, the HSE Senior Manager).
- Provide support for key third-party events as required, ensuring smooth execution, adherence to agreed plans, and rapid response to any operational issues.
Tenant Operations Management:
- Communicate with tenants regarding site-wide operational matters, maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with internal OPE departments (e.g., Facilities, Security, Marketing, Leasing) to address tenant needs and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of tenanted areas to ensure maintenance of quality standards, cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation in line with OPE expectations.
- Address tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, seeking resolutions that are fair and aligned with OPE policies.
- Maintain accurate records related to tenant operations, communications, lease agreements, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in:
- Event operations, and logistics for diverse events.
- Tenant operations, property management, or retail/F&B facility management, ideally within a multi-unit or landmark destination context.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to resolving operational challenges and conflicts.
